How often should you pump?

Pumping for Working Moms
If you are going back to work and planning to pump, you need to remember that it is your right to do so. Your employer is required by law to accommodate your needs. They are required to provide a private space that is not a bathroom for your pumping needs as well as allocating you a reasonable break time to spend pumping every day.
